These terms govern your use of the BKKTRADER website and participation in the evaluation program operated by BKKTRADER LTD.
All evaluation and funded accounts operate on a simulated trading environment. BKKTRADER is not a broker-dealer and does not accept deposits for live trading.
The evaluation fee is a one-time charge, refunded with your first payout. Resets are charged at a fixed, published price.
The trading rules, including profit targets and loss limits, are published on the Trading Rules page and apply as stated. Breaches are enforced against the published formulas.
Copy trading across accounts, signal-selling, third-party account management and exploitation of platform errors are prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, BKKTRADER LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the program.
